Dishwashing for hospital kitchens and staff restaurants

It is important that dishwashing systems in staff restaurants or hospitals are flexible. A hospital dishwashing area e.g. has to be able to handle trays both from patients in wards and from employees eating in the restaurant in a smooth and flexible manner

Vacuum waste handling

Food remains are disposed here and transported directly from the waste disposal to an isolated storage space outside the kitchen. The system makes sure that the kitchen area is kept hygienic and free from odor. Heavy lifts and unnecessary contact with the waste is avoided.

Storage of organic waste

Food remains are sucked into a pipeline to a low temperature garbage area. The waste is de-watered to decrease volume and weight and stored in a container. A suction car picks up the garbage, one or several times a week, depending on volume

Elevator

The elevator transports trays and baskets between different stories of the building or over a passage. This contributes to a more atomized handling of goods – heavy lifts are avoided.

Sorting table

At the ergonomic sorting table glasses, cups and plates are sorted into baskets and placed on the basket conveyor. Trays with cutlery continue on the tray conveyor.

Basket robot

Plates and other goods are pushed onto the buffer conveyor. Baskets with glasses and cups are loaded onto separate dispenser trolleys.

The trays and cutlery are automatically fed into the dishwashing machine

Tray loader

When the first dispenser trolly is full, the loader automatically shifts to the other trolley. The staff can exchange the full trolley with an empty one

Cutlery Sorter

The cutlery is automatically sorted into cutlery cups, which saves time and contributes to a high hygienic standard.

Flight dishwashing machinen

The dishwashing machine handles plates, containers and different kinds of lids.

Pot washer
